"As Is" Sales: All used gear is sold strictly "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any express or implied warranties of any kind, except as explicitly covered under our 30-Day Return Policy. Because many items are used, normal wear, tear, and cosmetic blemishes should be expected unless otherwise stated.

Automatic Billing: Subscription shipments are billed and sent automatically according to your selected delivery frequency. Your payment method on file will be charged on a recurring basis.

Cancellations: You maintain full control over your subscription. To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment is processed. To cancel, pause, or skip a delivery, you must email our team at support@churchgear.com.

Free Trials & Promotions: For subscriptions with free trials or promotional pricing, you must email us to cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged the standard rate.

Refunds and Final Sales: All sales are final once a subscription shipment has been dispatched. Refunds or returns are not available for subscription shipments already in transit or delivered.

Pricing Changes: Subscription pricing may change from time to time. We will notify you via email at least 45 days before any price increase takes effect. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription.
