We want you to love your gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase on churchgear.com, we are here to help.

Gear Purchases

We offer a 30-day return policy for all physical items purchased on our website.

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date your gear is delivered to your doorstep to initiate a return and ship the item back with online tracking.

  • Item Condition: Because we sell a mix of new and used gear, "original condition" simply means you must return the item with all the exact parts, cables, manuals, and accessories that were provided to you in the original shipment.

  • Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees for items returned to us in the condition they were provided to you. However, if an item is returned damaged, altered, or missing parts that were originally included, our Customer Success team will assess a custom restocking fee based on the severity of the issue to process the return.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Not as Advertised: If your item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or not as described, ChurchGear will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

  • Buyer’s Remorse: If you simply change your mind, decide you don't want the item, or ordered the wrong product, you are responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email our support team at support@churchgear.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our Customer Success team will reply with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received at our facility and inspected by our team, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund (minus any applicable return shipping costs or damage fees) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 15 days.

 


 

Subscriptions

At churchgear.com, subscription products are delivered automatically based on your chosen frequency.

  • Final Sale: Because these orders are recurring and automated, all subscription sales are final. Refunds are not available for shipments that have already been delivered or processed.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled payment processing date to avoid future charges.

  • Free Trials & Promotions: If you signed up using a free trial or promotion, you must cancel your subscription before the trial period ends to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
